Can I use this on resin when fully cured please?

Yes I purchase specifically for gilting resin. It's OK but does need 2-3 coats.

Can i use this on an outside slate house name

I didn't use it. Still have unopened product. The reason being stated on product card info - Warning regarding ingredients. I contacted sellers who said they merely imported it, and had no knowledge of toxic contents.
