I've been using this product 2 years and very satisfied with this, use it in my smoothy as my routine for my gut health every morning and after my workout for better recovery.

the product itself is great helps for recovery. however i which they changed the container. too tall and narrow. once i’m half ways through the powder, i have to start squeezing my hand into the container to reach the glutamine, even use my finger tips to hold the scoop.

great price and quantity. i mix it in room temp water and chug it. its quite flavorless but does have just a twinge of something there. just basic, pure glutamine powder. i haven’t been using it long enough to notice any side effects. i haven’t seen issues with settling but i do drink it quick. i use a frother mixer to mix it in. the texture is very interesting and hard to explain but you can kind of see it in the photo i took, where it’s clinging the the side of the scoop. kind of like a fake snow texture.

got it fast and it is a great product.
