Easy to put on!
I can't tell you how many knee braces I bought over the years. Some were really supportive but impossible to put on by myself. Some were so scratchy on my other leg that it was uncomfortable totally. This knee brace not only is easy to put on came with instructions which strap I should try and use first which is so helpful. But it's comfortable and fits me perfectly. And I'm a big size. I can't thank the company enough for such an amazing knee brace. Needless to say it's also doing an amazing job giving my knee support when I had really difficult knee pain and in need of a proper knee brace. If I could give it 10 Stars I would!

Wonderful plus size option
I had a hell of a time finding knee support for my fat leg, so when I saw this one I was skeptical as so many that boasted a larger size didn't work out. This one is different as the straps are quite long and the Velcro strong. The brace is soft and thick, but when worn properly offered except support. As other have written, it does slide down periodically if worn over slick pants like leggings or polyester, but I have been wearing mine directly on my knee, under a wide leg pant when I can.

Brace is supportive and stays in place on a plus-size leg
Such a pleasant surprise to see a picture of a brace on a leg that is shaped like my elderly mother's...and even better when the brace is supportive and stays up! My mother has a knee replacement in which the hardware has loosened. We have tried a variety of braces/sleeves and always have trouble getting them to stay in place. While this brace is not as stiff/stabilizing as some of the metal/carbon fiber braces she has tried, it does stay in place and is supportive when she walks. Also, the shorter length of the brace and placement of the stretchy straps make it easy for her to put on and adjust herself. We are VERY happy with our purchase!

Slipping
It fits fine but keeps slipping which is very irritating, and not much help if it won't stay in place

Excellent Brace! But room for improvement.
I tore the meniscus in my right knee over a decade ago and at that time I chose not to have knee surgery as there was no proof that it would radically improve things, and everyone I knew who had done it has regretted it. Because of the long healing and the changes to my gait, my knee became a bit "wobbly" and my doctor suggested trying a knee brace before visiting a specialist.I found this one on Amazon and after reading the company's information and reading the detailed reviews I picked it to try. It worked as advertised and I'm delighted with my choice, and I even got a second one as a backup! I find that you need to adjust it just right to get it to the place where it provides good support, yet allows bending the knee without binding. It takes a while to get it right, just follow the instructions and keep at it.For me, I have to first align the knee hole just a bit off center from my kneecap, and then attach that middle strap just slightly above center. Then the top strap goes right across and keeps it just snug enough, and, most importantly, the lower strap has to curl up as it goes around the bottom of the kneecap, and this eliminates the wobbly feeling. If it is too tight, then it binds when you bend the knee when sitting down or when sitting crosslegged. My only concern is that it seems like it could be a little better with a few minor fabric adjustments. Not being able to attach the strap over the kneecap hole is sometimes a problem as the strap has stretched out over the past year. The hole is a good thing, but maybe some fabric on top would help by providing more area to attach the strap? I don't think filling the hole would be good, but something just on the outer surface that only provides more area to attach on. Also, the two outer straps *always* get attached to each other, so maybe the ends of the top of the straps could be covered with a material that doesn't allow attaching to each other? Every morning when I take it down to wear it, no matter how careful I am, they stick together and I have pull them apart and it can cause the brace to slide around with only the middle strap attached at that point. If they didn't do this the process would be faster and the number of adjustments would be fewer. I think. I haven't tried modifying it myself. These are minor things and just slightly annoying. I don't regret the purchases and am a delighted customer who gives the product five stars! Good work!

Best knee brace out there, period.
I've tried all kinds of knee sleeves and braces, and none of them come anywhere close to this one. It's well made, lightweight, provides great support, and is extremely comfortable. Best of all, it doesn't fall down no matter what activity I'm engaged in! And with its the extremely affordable price, the Karm knee brace delivers the greatest bang for the buck. Very highly recommended!

Supportive and Helps with Pain
I tore my meniscus, and this helped me a lot. It relieved pain and made it much easier for me to walk. I like that it’s adjustable and I like the nude color.
