this is good supplement for joint issues but it does sometimes give you a little heartburn after you take it so take it with a little food not on empty stomach

I only take two capsules before bed. Works great. Sleep is better quality for my mid-70’s. Busy body and mind relaxes better. Love it.

I purchased this for my husband as suggested by our nurse practitioner. She said it would help with his inflammation. The three days he took it, he got terrible cramps. The next time we went to our doctor he said turmeric can cause issues and don’t use it. Some people can’t tolerate it. I was excited to set it up for recurring shipments but I don’t need it and I haven’t been able to cancel it.

These capsules are brown and appear old compared with my previous order where the capsules were bright yellow orange. Amazon will not refund. WAY too expensive to be sent poor, inferior product with no return/refund. Do not order!
