Nice harness. Instructions and a little iffy, but give you a start o how to install it. Took a couple hours to make sure it was right, but overall not too hard. Good sturdy harness and love the Xmas tree clips. I used a few extra zip ties to make sure it stays out. A little long for a 2 door, but I zip tied the extra and tucked it away by the battery. Would buy again

Unit is plug and used as described, but the instructions were poor to say anything. A video by U-HAUL made the installation much easier.

Easy install, took about 40mins from opening box to finish. Good quality, true plug & play.

The installation process was straightforward, with clear instructions that made it easy to understand the intended setup. It took approximately an hour and a half to complete, and I added a few extra zip ties for additional cable management, although they weren't strictly necessary. One notable drawback, however, is that the kit does not explicitly mention its inability to provide power to a trailer brake. Unfortunately, if you require this feature, you'll need to opt for the more expensive MOPAR kit. Considering our towing capacity limitations with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon (JLUR), this isn't a significant issue for us. Nevertheless, the manufacturer should be more transparent about this limitation. Additionally, we installed a 7-pin round adapter mounted next to this kit, and we haven't experienced any compatibility issues with the system.

Fits my 2023 JLU perfectly. All of the push pins are in the exact right position. Takes about an hour to install, you need a t40,10mm, and wire cutters for the zip ties. Very well thought out kit, I like that the wire loom is already installed.

4 stars because it should have came with a bracket and the instructions in the package were about 5 steps incomplete. aside from that, it was an easy install. Just over an hour for me
