Definitely feel a difference
I definitely notice a difference when I take the ttfd-b1 vs when I don't. It keeps me going if you know what I mean, and it helps me focus.

Excellent Version of Thiamine (B1)
I had researched the benefits of this particular form of B1 or Thiamine!! It can be extremely beneficial to the body in this form in particular! I am very happy with this product and will continue to purchase it in the future!!

well absorbed
there are a few different forms of thiamine:benfotiamine,sulbutiamine and this thiamine tetrahydro furfuryldisulfide(TTFD)they all have their qualities but this last one is supposed to be the most soluble.

Surprisingly effective
I was a little surprised about how well I started to feel as soon as I started taking the supplement my stomach has been much better.
