Is this okay for the nys restaurant required cpr kit or do i have to get the one for 50 bucks?

I use this one for my fire department and it hooks into the oxygen. Ive been using this mask for the past 5 years and ive also worked in food service for 15 years and this has never been an issue on the brands.
