Yum
Had to come find these after Costco sold out! Definitely enjoy the minis vs regular sized. Easier to eat but still so many crumbs. Give it a day when it arrives if its been hot out or throw it in your fridge for a bit. I've ordered a few of these and first one, although it had been inside my house for a few hours, was still very melty and was messy when biting into it. Otherwise all good things to say, if you like wafer treats and love dark chocolate this is for you

Slightly bitter, but good
I liked the other flavor I purchased better, but they are a nice little treat.

Delicious Sugar free Cookies
These wafer cookies are delicious. I purchased these wafer cookies because I wanted to cut down on my sugar, but still be able to have chocolate wafers periodically. I recommend these cookies for those who need to limit their intake of sugar but still be able to indulge occasionally.

No "Hanuta", but they're ok
I was hoping these would be comparable to "Hanuta" (which are DELICIOUS!), but alas, no. They're not BAD, they're just not really GREAT either. Not worth their price (in MY opinion)! I understand the ingredients are more clean than your leading big brand names, but it is definitely lacking in flavor. (Don't eat them right after brushing your teeth because you will not taste a thing...) One thing I DO like is that they are not as sweet as most chocolate wafers. What I don't like about them is that the chocolate/hazelnut filling has quite a 'waxy' (or solid butter-y) texture, but that's pretty common with chocolate filled wafers - so people who like these kind of wafers won't mind that. I have been spoiled with Hanuta, which don't have the waxy texture and are more sweet. These are quite mediocre in my opinion and need some perfecting if you're going to charge such a price. I like the Rip Van brand and absolutely love their Honey/Oat wafers (wafer in the "stroopwafel" fashion)! Those are delicious! (But also danged pricey) These are unfortunately a "miss" for me. (But I have always hated (American) chocolate wafers! So if you like them, you will probably like these! Just know they are much less sweet than the ones Americans are used to!)

nice flavor, not too sweet, individually wrapped for freshness and portion control
I like the dark chocolate wafer. While it does have a mild sweetener alternative taste, it isn't pronounced enough to denounce these.I first bought Rip Van Stroop waffles mini because they were small and individually wrapped. I wasnt looking for low sugar. The fact that they just happened to be low sugar was a bonus. So that was my gateway product into trying other Rip Van products. I love wafer cookies, but don't want the excess sugar. I dont need to eat a bunch at time, which I would do if it were one big open pack. So having the individually wrapped squares helps keep me in check. Nice when I want a little something.I like these and will consider buying more depending on price at the time. I dont rate on price though.
