I've been taking Longevity Blend #1 for the past two months, and the results have been impressive. This supplement, featuring CoQ10 200mg, PQQ, Nicotinamide Riboside, and Shilajit, has significantly enhanced my energy levels, skin health, and overall cellular vitality.

Using all 4 blends. Feeling better with a bit more energy, improved digestion and overall sense of well being.

Been using this product for a week now, and I feel great. What a boost of energy. I’m getting more done and feel motivated.

Not entirely sold on this one. I can usually feel at least something – like more energy, approved cognitive function… something – this I feel like has a lot of the same stuff I already take in other supplements. Does not add a lot of value. I took the entire bottle with no issues, pretty forgettable – likely will not purchase again. Came clean/sealed

This is a supplement with Nicotinamine Riboside (250mg), a NAD presursor. It also contains other ingredients targetted towards DNA and Mitrochondrial Support, essentially aimed at helping your cells work more efficiently, and helping brain funtioning. These include Shiajit Extract (250mg), COQ10 (200mg), and PQQ (20mg). The dosing for each of these appears in line with recommended daily amounts for each.This is a combination I found quite interesting and absolutely do like. Look up each of these ingredients and you'll find some intriquing information! Look into whether this supplement could be a good fit for you!

I refrain from making recommendations for most vitamin supplements since individuals have different needs and react differently to substances.I will say this formula has great ingredients that may be beneficial. I would recommend researching the components and determine if it sounds like something you could use. A consulation with your doctor or a certified nutritionist is always a good idea.

The first day I took this, I crashed in the late afternoon, which is usually what NAD boosters prevent for me, so the following day, I took two capsules, instead, to get a full 500mg of Nicotinamide instead of just 250mg. That worked much better, and I didn’t slump in the late afternoon/evening. But it does mean this is a 15 day supply for me, and not 30, as I think doubling up is the way to go with this to get the results I want.

I did like the energy I gained from this supplement however the monthly cost just isn't doable under Bidenomics
