Didnt work
I bought this because my wife hit something with the sidewall of her tire, and put two small slits in it. The slits are not deep, but it created two small flaps of rubber, so this seemed like the ideal thing to glue the flaps down so that I wouldnt have to buy a new tire for inspection. First of all, it appears as if the adhesive is pretty much all dried up. It would not come out no matter how hard I pushed. I got a thin wire and ran it through the opening, and was able to get some out. After pressing very hard and using the wire, I was able to get a couple drops to come out. I used the small supplied tool to spread the adhesive on the inside of the flap. The instructions say to close the slit and apply pressure, so I used the supplied tool and applied pressure for five minutes. After five minutes I released the pressure and the flap popped right open. It didnt work at all.

This is an excellent rubber glue.
I didn't use it for a tire inner tube. I used it for something much harder: I had to reglue a rubber stip that joins my pickup truck bed with the tailgate. The purpose of the strip is to keep gardening materials like rock or compost from spilling out of the gap and to keep it from filling in the drain holes in the tailgate. The strip was lifting in places because it's applied to a bedliner, which isn't an ideal surface. So, I cleaned the bed real good, rubbed down the rubber strip with lacquer thinner and the bed surface with the lacquer thinner. I applied the glue to both surfaces and brushed it in real good. I let the glue set for a couple minutes, then pressed the two pieces together. This glue did a great job of binding the two pieces even though one of the surfaces, the bedliner, was a less than ideal surface. So, if it can do that job, it surely will work on whatever you have for a tire or inner tube.

Can Repair Badly Damaged Tires
This is a super strong fast drying rubber glue. This glue looks like it becomes part of the tire rubber. I had a heavy truck tire with a two inch v-cut into the tire tread about 3/8 of an inch deep. I applied this adhesive, smoothed it out nicely and allowed it to dry overnight. The repair seemed very solid and barely noticeable.

Does not fully bond
Used it on a chip on my tire. Better than before but did not fully bond. I would have to change my tire soon because the balance is damaged.

The glue dried quickly and formed a strong bond
I bought this product to fix a small puncture in my car tire. I was impressed with how easy it was to use. The glue comes with a clear applicator tip that makes it easy to apply the glue to the puncture. The glue dried quickly and formed a strong bond. I was able to drive on my tire without any problems for several weeks. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to fix a tire puncture.
