Never buy AC In Amazon and it’s return policy really hectic but not like mentioned in promotional banner ‘Easy return’Ac installed and never turned on..AC technician visited next day and confirmed its AC board failure and forced to go for board replacement which I denied..Amazon website does not provide return option for us like other products and make you call back to them.On enquire , you will come to know AC return will be initiated only after Blue star technician confirm back to Amazon in the ticket they raise for you(AC inspection ticket).Though Bluestar technician confirmed detective second day itself , Amazon will say ticket as to be updated which Bluestar will not do and make you wait for 4 days(Amazon policy for wait time for AC inspection ticket response from Bluestar is 48 hours and escalation will be initiated then another 48 hours for Bluestar to get back.So total waste time is 4 days after you pay your money )Finally on forty day , you will get call from Bluestar saying you inspection ticket is cancelled.it will take 10 days for replacement so go for AC board change for the existing one.Pure game play from Bluestar to keep defective product with you.Amazon customer care does not bother amount the 5 days wait time customer go through and just says it’s electronic product and amazon can’t confirm on quality before packing. Useless leadership team !!Finally you need to pay for installation of defective AC and need to pay for uninstall with local Electricians since amazon won’t help with uninstall.READ RETURN POLICY BEFORE BUYING LARGE APPLIANCES IN AMAZON…

Inside unit is dripping water in one month of usage and swing functionality is not working.Upon calling Customer Care they raise ticket no one comes to visit and ticket get cancelled after 2 weeks.

Warning: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.Even after 96 hrs of delivery and multiple calls, whatsapp chats and hoping between amazon and bluestar i have not received and info for my ac installation. This turns out to be the worst product ever purchased from amazon and amazon should NOT SELL a product that does not VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS.Will never use or recommend Bluestar ever ever again!!!
