Outstanding
I have used Bartoline Creocote (mixed at 20 to 1 with Raw Linseed oil) for a number of years. Total of 35 off 6 x 6 fence panels 2 sheds 2 benches and driveway gates. Good stuff. This oil based product is incredible. Great coverage. Easy to apply with a 3inch brush. Very dark. Only 1 can so far as a try out. Will need another 10 at least. Expensive but seems worth it. Will watch how it weather's with our coastal climate. Highly recommended.

Excellent coverage on my sleeps, says dark brown but nearer black but looks superb. Buy it every 2 years just to redo sleepers

Not as it was.
Does the job but not what it was back in the day. Smells too much like refined old used engine oil, same consistency also. No doubt it protects the wood.I have used this brand a couple of times previously and this stuff is not the same.
