Flensted Mobiles Niels Bohr Mobile, Steel, Gold/Silver, 27 x 27 cm

This was my 3rd Flensted product. The other 2 have been fine. This one tangled immediately after removing from the box. In untangling patiently and gently the rings came out of the half hitches. There is nothing else holding it but the one string and if there is a memory in it it will tangle straight away. Anyhow, the mobile unravelled into several pieces within a minute, before we could even hang it. Object and Line who seem to be the 3rd party handlers 'Object and Lines' refused to take it back. They refused even to repair it saying the products are always falutless. They said I should repair it myself. It is useless and going in the bin. Flimsy material, cheap fraying string, poorly put together, over priced and arrogant and unhelpful customer service. Stay clear and save your money

What a lovely mobile, so delicate and stylish and moves about with the slightest whisper of a breeze. Bought this for my daughter, looks so good in her bedroom, she is so delighted with it she wants another.

Checked the item and all looks good, not tangled. However there are instructions on how to unpack. Will update later, as it's a Christmas gift!Update - We finally hung the Atom model and it looks great

The item itself looks to be great but it arrived without any extra packaging and the shipping label stuck on the items actual presentation box. Pretty awful and now cannot give as a gift so having to return.

Very good quality and great looking mobile

This was a birthday gift for a friend: she was delighted and I want one for myself. Delicate, eye-catching, interesting, beautiful.

Very aesthetic. I imagined it a bit bigger but still pleasing to look at. A great addition to my flat.
