Easy roll on and great price point
you have to like, or be able to tolerate, the smell of menthol. What I love about the roll on - versus the gel - on is not having to wash my hands 3 times to get rid of the menthol smell. This has a very cooling effect and quells your aches and pains.

I like that the icy hot has a roll to spread it around my muscle with touching or leaving a mess . It is effective to relieve the pain. It is an excellent value for the money. It is not that stick, and it works fast. It has a little small of mentol, but it goes away
