I know a knife can do all and everything that this chopper can do and all of the YouTube chefs are always quick to point that out, but for the guy who spends very little time using a chef knife. If I want things cut quickly and to a consistent size, I prefer pulling out a kitchen gadget. this does everything I wanted it for and a whole lot more than I was expecting. It does take a little practice. You can force items if they are not cut to a proper size first. But it's a short learning curve. Once I started I was actually looking in my fridge for other items to try. Fun, fun.

I got this because someone else said it was strong. We’ve used it twice and it’s kinda wimpy materials. The top doesn’t always close lined up. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

The chopper container started getting warped and lid would not fit any more making it difficult to use and ultimately it just broke. Would not recommend to anyone to buy this.

Poor quality. Fit of blades are not very secure, sharpness of blades not very good causing uneven cuts

I like to chop up green peppers and onions for meals often, and I hate getting the onion smell on my hands. This has made it so much quicker for me and helps prevent stinky hands. The pieces get chopped to a nice, uniform size so you don't have to worry about some pieces cooking faster than others (like when you chop potatoes up for home fries). It's quicker than by hand and the cleanup is easy. I haven't tried all of the options yet, but I can definitely get more creative with all these choices. Glad I ordered this.
