Q: I use soy creamer. would like to find an equal alternative. soy doesn't change the flavor. dont like flavored coffee. will this creamer work?

This creamer is very good in coffee and tea. It holds up very nicely in hot beverages and does not curdle. I use the unsweetened nit pods and I love it!

Q: Are you able to cook with this and it thicken? Like a dairy free substitute for half n' half?

I can’t say I cook with it other than I add it to make mash potatoes and to make scrambled eggs. The finickiest people never knew. It’s delicious.

Q: How does this compare to Nutpods almond coconut creamer? Their ingredient lists are nearly identical.

Sorry but contracting these previous answers from Nina and Gary; these do not all taste the same. I've also tried them all and there's clearly respective differences in flavor. Enough so that I only like this original flavor (Almond and Coconut), but others in my household like the hazelnut and French vanilla kicks. And after a long search for a dairy substitute, Nutpods are thankfully creamy in texture and taste, but I use a generous amount in my coffees. Was never able to do soy or almond "milk" – all too watery and bland. There's a reason these are so popular; they're actually good.
