I started using this toothpaste and the Parodontax mouthwash and it helps as well as what the dental office was trying to steer me to for the twice the price. I even looked at the ingredients in both and they were the same including the percentages. I hate being upsold but I stick with my dentist because he does good work. Product is great, poor packaging by whomever packaged it, boxes arrived all crushed almost busted the actual tubes. Sent all in a plastic bag!!!
