The hacks and strategies in this book harmoniously alter ur approach to daunting tasks without a fight. Iv seen instant results in myself. Although I started reading this book to hopefully help me in my struggle to discipline my 11 yr old son, i realised I needed it more. I'm very excited to share these with my son and see how he responds. It's a must have toolbook for anyone desiring to achieve more.

Crisp & To The Point
The first chapter of the book is the most interesting of all post which its reinforcement of things that you already might be knowing. Four stars for not stretching things beyond required and the first chapter.

A real helpful guide for someone struggling with self- discipline.
Its a no nonsense book. Very precise and does gives u very useful tips in how to be self disciplined.Gets preachy at times, but that definately does not outweigh how helpful the book is.

Superb Book to rejuvenate
I really liked the way step by step book is going to tell the steps to follow in getting your best and beat the rest. Its really a great mini insightful book on mind and brain functioning. I am betting on its excellent ideas to improve my self control.

Explained the working of our brain and how to balance emotional and logical part in a very simple manner.
I would like to thank the author for this book because it really opened my eyes. The way he explained the brainy functional things simply clicked me to be aware about how we the humans work!It's like the particular thing is infront of you and yet you're so absent-minded that you don't notice it. You've eyes and yet you're blind. ;-)

Practical book on everyday self-discipline
Great read ! I really liked the simple language and practical ideas. The book starts with a high level overview of how our brain works wrt to self-discipline and focus and then gradually over subsequent chapters move into how to train our brain to the get the max out of it, how to avoid distractions, negative thoughts. The book gives a feeling of empowerment and I really enjoyed author's tips. I also liked that after every chapter and towards the end of the book, author has summarized the chapter with key takeaways. Once again great read. Would definitely recommend the book

Fijne wetenschappelijke achtergrond
Vele boeken gelezen over dit onderwerp. De aanpak in dit boek vanuit de wetenschap is een hele fijne. Dit past goed bij hoe mijn eigen twee breinen samenwerken. Het boek geeft extra tools en reminders voor hoe je wèl dingen voor elkaar krijgt.

Great book
Good book for everyone who is curious about self awareness and improvement. It is in form of a summary of key aspects you should be mindful of when it comes to understanding cause and effect of our behaviour and thoughts. I personally used it as instruction to take disconnected knowledge about different aspects and put them together like a puzzle to make sense and find practical applications for day to day life.
