I am here for this.
llFive stars, until something goes wrong. Not my first rodeo, unfortunately.1) This is a ball POLISHER more than a ball CLEANER. Think of it like tidying up before the hired cleaning service shows up to your house. Step one, super hot water with Dawn dishwashing liquid. This step is to get rid of the grease and chalk, the two biggest enemies of clean pool balls and prolonging the life of your pool felt. This is easy. Let them soak for a minute and use a clean dish rag to tend to any egregious stains and whatnot, rinse them with hot water, and use a cloth or paper towels with as little fiber residue as possible left behind to dry them. Sure, you *can* just feed that grease and chalk into your machine, but it, really is best used as a polisher, unless you want to have to clean the wool linings of the machine often, which I do not.2) Dried balls, sprayed two or three squirts with the provided polish, each, into the breech! Push the button. It will run twice; spinning one way and, then, the other.3) Fetch the balls from the machine, hit them with a microfiber rag, and they are done.I am maintaining three Diamond tables with new Aramith Tournament TV Pro-Cup balls (~$450/set) that are in heavy pool league use, with the tables resurfaced with tournament cloth every 12 months. Maintained felt --> cleaner balls. Cleaner balls --> extended felt life. Again, grease and chalk are the biggest enemies. This machine worked marvelously. My only concerns are these:1) Removing the balls from the machine. Like, I just got these things all slick and shiny... how am I supposed to fish them out of their holes in the machine? This first run, I used a cheap and bendy plastic spoon, while having the machine propped up, at a significant angle, to pop them out. I feel like there is a more efficient solution and might look for a hand tool with a silicone suction cup or whatever to pull them out. Minor issue.2) The polishing solution that comes with it is great. But it comes in a blank spray bottle. Blank. What is it? IDFK. Round-up? DDT? Drain cleaner? No idea. It doesn't smell terribly chemical. It cannot have wax, really, because of the whole grease issue. Anyway, there is nothing, anywhere, about what it is and how to order more. I will research it and find something because I just burned 20% of the bottle cleaning 5 sets of pool balls (I cleaned the spare, old sets of balls while I was at it). Suffice to say, I will need more, whether through purchasing it reformulating it.Anyway, the machine is impressive and, used right, it will meet your needs, especially if you don't treat it like a rented mule.

Polishes to a mirror finish!!
Like other's have said, this machine is sturdy, hefty, and built well. The more level and solid the surface you use it on, the better it performs. A granite counter is the best place I found...balls tend to "bobble" around less. I honestly had no intention of spraying the cleaner all over the balls, cups, and machine...that simply makes no sense to me. Wet cleaner/polish might clean, but it won't actually polish lol!! I choose to use the machine as a buffer/polisher. I hand clean the balls with Aromith Cleaner and wipe them dry with a clean microfiber cloth...then I let the machine polish them up. My balls are brand new and in pristine condition, but let me tell you...they come out of the machine looking like the paint job on that 68 Chevelle at the local car show that's got 16 coats of clear coat over a mural of a wizard and some naked chick battling it out with electricity!! You know the car...a little weird, but man does it shine!! Lol!!

Happy with this machine.
This seems to be a very well made machine and does a nice job of cleaning and polishing my home set of billiard balls. My hands were getting sore before, now it's kind of fun to run this machine. It's not too loud, runs smooth and finishes in under 3 minutes..!! I give a little extra spray to the cue ball before loading, but the others just need a light spray after being in the pockets.

Works great but wrong cord lost a star.
Product works fine but had an Australian cord that does not fit standard US plug. Used the one for my printer and works but not very convient, purchased one for $8 rather then entire return process. Would recommend cleaning dirty balls first and use this for polishing. The cleaner that comes with it seems to be Windex, not sure but smells and looks like it. Overall works very well.

Great value for the price
This is a great way to get the best value out of your balls and keep them looking like they were still brand new.I even put my old set of balls through this with a little restore polish and they looked like they did 5 years ago.I would tell anyone looking to keep their balls in the best playing shape possible to use this system.

Shinny balls!
Great ball cleaner for the price! I used to clean the billiards balls by hand and it would just be time consuming and bothersome to hands but not anymore! Not too sure how I feel about the cleaning solution yet but the machine itself is great! I just pop the balls in add a drop of aramith cleaner to the balls close the lid and turn it on and POW! Clean shinny balls in u der 5 minutes! I highly recommend for someone with a pool table at home.
