I purchased these to hopefully replace a Quick Release I lost for my Tripod. Thankfully the design and shape fit our tripod perfectly.Believe it or not with the advent of Cell Phones, I do not use the SLR camera much anymore - but it is good to have the QR mount when I do. Plus I have a Cell Phone mount that attaches to the Tripod when we want to take those family pics over the holidays (when you need a high tripod).Love it - thanks for having a replacement available - - did not want to discard the tripod.

Does the job

This didn’t fit my tripod but giving 5 stars for design, price, and seller. Close match to my factory plate. I have an MX 2000 (no details o plate mount) and this one was too long (front to back - relative to the tripod head). Returning to find one that fits but this is a good option if it’s the right one.

I searched for Nikon mount and this came up. Looks a lot like the Nikon mount but more cheaply made and did not fit my older Nikon tripod.

These are a perfect fit for the Amazon Basics tripod if you have multiple different cameras you want to swap out quickly. I can have one of these on my main camera, one on my cell phone mount, and one on my GoPro frame and quickly switch between them as needed. (There are two in this pack, plus the one that came with the tripod).
