I bought this set for my Son as a Christmas gift. The reviews I read about it were mixed but leaned toward good for the value. My son uses this set weekly for all kinds of projects and he loves it. Good quality glass and just well made overall

Super nice kit and I want to like it, but the cooling tube is crack super minor, but caused a nitric acid leak and I had to use UV curing resin to patch it. Amazon also will refuse to replace or refund this item if it’s broken or damaged

The quality is good, and I received everything in good condition, but please if you include a small water pump, at least in words will be great because it's not optional.....the hot plate take time to boil the water

Really impressed at the quality for the price. You'll definitely want to get a different heat source. The wick burner is not good enough for me. That's the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Really enjoy this starter-setup.

Excellent quality. Very Well packed. The company Vevor has great products and prices. There is quite the variety of products available for every part of the home (or business).

The glassware and stands are awesome. The burner however sucks. It's nowhere near hot enough to even boil water. Took almost 2 hours just to get 500ml of liquid to 98⁰C. Went through a wick and a half just to get to that point. Would recommend buying a small propane Benson burner and stand to pair it with. The burner is a glorified candle

Small but good for class room demonstrations. I replaced the rubber stoppers with some cork because I did a sacrificial run threw it and it was cloudy and smelled like rubber. After using the cork it was excellent.

Shattered pretty much as soon as I picked it up. What a waste of money.
