Super sharp
High quality and extremely sharp. Cut my finger taking it out of the box and nothing stuck to the blade thanks to the indents. Great balance, perfect weight!

Super Sharp, Quality Knife
Definitely one of the nicest knives I have owned. It cuts through raw beef like butter. I can't believe how much I was missing this knife in my arsenal without knowing it.

Super sharp!
Very sharp. My partner didn’t realize I bought a bread knife and was able to cut freshly baked white bread slices with the chef’s knife. That’s certainly impressive.I deducted a star for fit and finish. The metal and wood handle is a little sharp in the hand and seems to be related to the wood being slightly smaller than the metal and the squared edge is proud of the wood.That said, the shape is quite comfortable in the hand and ergonomic for the “correct” way to hold kitchen knives.I’m not sure if the metal goes through to the end of the handle, but I suspect that it does not. This makes me question the long term durability, but time will tell.Decent value for the price paid! I bought the bundle and got more than I needed but everything I wanted.
