Pros:I took the check-in and carry-on bag through several streets of Japan and it survived so well. No issues with the wheels, zippers, or handles. Very well-built.I bought this bag for the top opening feature. I was very grateful for this feature. Worked very well for the small hotel rooms of Japan.The shell feels a lot better than some of the off brand hardshell suitcases I've come across in stores. Probably not as good as the more famous namebrands though.Loved all the special features like the straps that keep the suitcase cover from falling open (they act as hinges and can be adjusted or removed if needed). The cupholder was really nice and so were the built-in dividers and pockets. I wish the dividers were completely removeable but I at least appreciate that you can flatten them out if you don't want to use them.Cons:I think the price is a bit high but it seems that it will hopefully last a while. Hard for me to convince others to buy at this price. But if you can afford it, I think it's worth it for the quality and the top open feature.After the first flight, it was already covered in scuff marks. I bought the light green color so it's probably even more obvious for that reason. No sign of actual damage though even after 4 flights.

Wow, this was an amazing carryon. Light and I was able to take it on my 2 week trip to Greece. It made it through rocky/ rough terrain. The cup holder on the backside is very useful. It was lightweight and cute. I would highly recommend this product for trips abroad. It has a unique color that made it easy to locate when checked.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely loved it! Took it to Costa Rica, had no issues and got so many compliments. I did get pulled by the gate agents to test if it fit and it was an easy fit. The capacity is a bit smaller than my Samsonite soft shell carry on but I still fit quite a bit of clothes and shoes. The case is hard and protective, the wheels were smooth, and had no issues with the handle going up and down. It is heavier than my fiancés Samsonite hard shell case. Is it worth the cost? I think so, it’s very well built and can see using it for the long term.

Depends if you want to fit as much as you possibly can into your luggage. I was packing for a 3 day cruise and only wanted to bring a carry on so that I didn’t have to check my bag for the flight and I found that even though I liked the idea of the luggage taking up a smaller footprint when open, it actually fit far less than a traditional open book type of luggage. So I ended up returning this and sticking with a traditional open book luggage that allowed me to fit more in it.Otherwise the suitcase was nice and had great wheels and seemed durable

I bought this particular luggage for my granddaughter for vacations. It absolutely perfect. All of her clothes fitted in the luggage for her four day trip. And she loved it. Great quality as well.

Does not meet the carryon requirements as advertised. 8t is an inch too thick. Purchased 2 for an upcoming trip only to find they are too big. Don't ruin your travel plans with this case. My return window was over by the time we found out so we're stuck with them.

Like the size, rolling ability and trunk like. Coffee mug holder doesn't serve purpose since it's a check in luggage.

I like this rather than the clamshell cases. The case empty is light in weight. Esthetically pleasing with a sleek look.
