Ancient and Brave is always a brand that I have loved and used.The packaging is sleek and makes the product look elegant and of high quality.This is made in the UK and is a trustworthy brand with good ingredients that are vegan.The tablets are easy to swallow and seem to have made an effect in helping to calm my anxiety and help me sleep. I would use them again

I like the branding for these and while it can be tricky to get some men to consider supplements I'd say it's appealing to them too - any encouragement is good! I have tried a few types of Ashwagandha for poor sleep and anxiety - it's hard to know how much they help but they do seem to.I like that this is a UK product - fewer air miles for one, and for another it feels like a trustworthy brand (I checked their online store and they have good credentials).I like that they are vegan, too, as it gives confidence that there's no nasties in them.The capsules are a standard size. I don't notice any taste/aftertaste.I would use these again and would consider this brand for other supplements/wellbeing support for myself and my son.

I have used several of the Ancient and Brave supplements in the past and have always found them to be of the highest quality. When I saw this Organic Ashwaganda capsule supplement I was very keen to try it. The packaging is great, simple but effective. The ingredients are simple. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day. The capsules are easy to swallow and are a regular size. I found no bitter taste or nasty aftertaste. It is a little early to comment on the effectiveness of the product. Highly recommend.

I’m a big fan of Ashwaganda, personally I find it calming and I’ve tried a lot of products based on it. These come in a really lovely jar, housed in a well designed box, they’ve certainly created some lovely branding for the product, it presents as high end and very nice.The capsules themselves have no noticeable flavour and go down easily, no problems swallowing these for me personally, so a quick and easy way to take this supplement. Why three stars? As I mentioned before I’ve taken a lot of products that include Ashwaganda, and these are definitely at the higher price point on the market, the highest I’ve tried in fact. As good as they are- I haven’t noticed any effects which stand above other products of the like on the market, so the extra spend may not work for every customer. That said they are good and well worth a try if you want to try a different brand and don’t know which to choose.

I have had no issues or side effects while taking them.Ashwagandha has many properties to help with a variety of wellness support including sleep and calming.You take 2 tablets a day, with 60 tablets provided is 1 months supply. £24 is quite expensive for 1 month's worth of tablets.

I got these ashwaganda capsules in tandem with Ancient & Brave's True Magnesium. I thought it was time I gave ashwaganda a go as it's a supplement I've often seen but never tried and, in combo with magnesium, it's supposed to lower your cortisol and aid a good night's sleep. I could use some of those benefits for sure.Obviously the packaging was what attracted me at first; Ancient & Brave are clearly working with a great branding agency and so you'll definitely be paying a premium for the aesthetics. The packaging and presentation is very much on point for folks looking to care for their bodies in the most natural way possible, and for whom the whole ritual vibe is appealing.That said, looking at their company ethos and their ingredients et al, and comparing them to other supplements on the market, I don't think their price point is crazy-money.I'm looking forward to seeing how this ashwaganda pans out for me in the longer term. For now, I can say that, in a market that's awash with fly-by-night supplements suppliers that fill their capsules with all sorts of who-knows-what, I trust this is a quality product from a legit brand.
