I absolutely love fresh Guava, but where I live in the Midwest it is rarely available. When Guava is available at local stores, the quality of the fruit is mediocre at best as ripeness is sacrificed for transport ability. Since I cannot purchase ripe guava fruit everyday, I rely on accessing its vitamins, minerals and nutrients from these 1000 mg extract per serving capsules from Rimo Nutrition.My package of 120 capsules arrived securely sealed and very fresh. In keeping with its reputation, taking this supplement does seem to help with my digestion.This review is purely my experience using this product and should not be considered medical advice.

There are said to be many health benefits to guava extract which is why I added this supplement to my regimen. The capsules are not too big and easy to swallow.
