UTCNIGHT SKY Perfume for Women, 50ml Eau de Parfum, Luxury Fragrance - Ladies Perfume, Long Lasting Womens Perfumes by Milton-Lloyd

I bought this Night Sky eau de toilette by Milton Lloyd alongside DNA for my mum (I've left another review for DNA also).As already mentioned in my other review, we love the price and the quality, the simple bottle design in frosted glass, the generous atomiser, and how elegant they look as part of her fragrance collection.Now the scent. Night Sky is apparently a 'dupe' for Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium. Again, with no way to compare these dupes to their designer originals I cannot comment. However, what I can comment on is this Night Sky fragrance; which initially opens quite intensely and sweet as there is a lot going on here with fruity citrus, blackcurrant, coffee and vanilla (alongside the other notes that are in the description). But it really is the sweetness of the vanilla that is from beginning to end from what I can tell. Its really beautiful, and very feminine, but not in the kind of sweet candy perfume sense. It has an edge to it. This is more of an evening scent in my opinion - maybe not in the hottest seasons, as this is a much darker, moody fragrance. The dry down is lovely - gives me a hit of caramel, which I'm guessing is provided by the vanilla.This is an eau de toilette, so remember that this will not last for 10 hours. You're going to get the intensity for about half an hour, but if you are like us and you spray this on your clothes you will get a lot more time out of it. You should get about 3 hours of the caramel/coffee dry down - which is absolutely lovely. You won't be disappointed. I am very much a fan of Milton Lloyd (UTC) as they always create really great fragrances that don't cost the earth.

Bought this to try as my everyday perfume and I love it. Lovely smell and lasts for a long time. Well worth the money.

Really nice scent even my granddaughter wears it suits all ages brilliant price

The smell is amazing. Reminds me of like cold evening smell but perfume? I’m not sure if that makes sense.I’ve had compliments on how I smell shortly after spraying it, but I’m not sure how long the scent lasts. I’ve found that you have to have it really close to your skin as you spray. The closer you spray, the better it is.I’ve realised that if I spray it closer to my skin, it stays on a lot longer. I was complemented on the smell after 7 hours of spraying it.When I don’t spray it close. After an hour it kind of fades unless you put more on (which isn’t the objective really.)Goes very quickly as well. A lot comes out in one spray. Smells amazing, just doesn’t last AS long as advertised. Good value for the money though, only £5.It’s good for the price, re-spray after an hour and you’d be good!

Bought this based on he reviews stating this perfume is like Black Opium which is one of my favourites but way out of my price range, I do have several samples of Black Opium so decided to do a test to see if my husband could tell the difference by spray one wrist with this perfume and the other black Opium, he could tell the difference and pref the wrist the Black Opium was sprayed on, they do smell very similar which is amazing if like me you don't have the money to spend on the real thing, longlivity I'd say is pretty good too albeit not as long as the other one, This Milton Llloyd perfume I could still smell on my wrist 3 hours later this is despite hand washing etc, The black Opium I could still smell after about 8 hours, so even though the scent doesn't last as long as the real thing for the price you can't grumble as its affordable to keep topping up with a few sprays throughout the day/evening, thumbs up from me

Not very good. Smell is strong and lingers on your hair

SO GOOD definitely buying again it sprays like a deodorant and it’s very strong which I love, I wish it lasted longer on my skin but it’s really nice overall
