I recently purchased the Boult Bass X160 Soundbar, and it has truly transformed my home entertainment experience. Here's a breakdown of my observations:Sound Quality:The 160W RMS output delivers powerful and immersive audio. The Boult 5.1 speakers sound too hollow.The bass, which is way over the required parameter, overtakes the dialogues and whatever you could hear clearly even on your basic television, is unintelligible on these speakers. Reduce the bass or remove the woofer, it gets even worse.Do not get duped by the listing and buy unless you are ready to lose money over them. Amazon Customer Service doesn't even let you get any refund on this item.I guess it was my worst purchase on Amazon India since 2006, when I started using this online service.

Boult Bassbox 160A good product according to price.. Got more than I expected ..Bass is very high. Sound quality is well. Treble could be better but its ok at this price..Bass is very good..

This is my First Ever 5.1 Sound Bar and I was quite skeptical when I placed my order for this product as the title itself says 'newly lauched', because there are many other brands in the market which were already reviewed and most of them were only negative feedback except for few expensive highend soundbars.And this being a newly lauched and an entry level soundbar - oh come on it really blown and exceeded my expectations. I am movie lover and used to watch mostly action packed movies with surround effects and this soundbar is extremely versatile, it is separating the audio channels very efficiently and the output is crystal clear.There are few other brands in the market, in which one could hardly hear anything from the surround speakers despite tuning them to max level, but in this I can clearly feel the immersiveness in the sound fields. I can hear all the separation of the channels from my listening position, it is about 12 feet from the front and my surrounding speakers were place almost 3 feet behind my listening position at ear level.The only cons that I will mention is the Subwoofer, it is very loud there is overall 9 levels ranging from -4 to +4, in which I can't increase it beyond -3 because it is very loud and the BASS Punch is not smooth if it is tuned more than -3. However, considering the other things, this is not a major issue.It's my first 5.1 Soundbar and it does its job perfectly. It's really a value for money in this price range and I got it in the limited period deal for around 15K.Note: It is fully wired soundbar, means the subwoofer and the rear satellite speakers are connected to the soundbar using wires and the length of the wires provided more than enough for a 15 x 10 room, but again it depends on your personal preferrence in placing this soundbar, and since they are RCA plugs you shall replace them with DIY speaker wires and RCA connectors, without even altering the OEM Cables.!!
