Q: What is the hardware warranty for the Sensate device placed on your chest?

There is a warranty but the company is terrible. Our sensate stopped working and vibrating after only about 5 months. We.sent it back exactly per the company's instructions, including the shipping label and RMA they gave us. We have Tracking that says it was delivered to their facility. But they said they did not receive it!!! There is no number to call ans now we are supposedly waiting for a reply to contact us...it has been about a month and nothing!!! I don't even know what to do next, we are out $300!!! ...and our anxiety child cant sleep and is having gut issues and really benefits from it. Bit I just cant drop another $300 on something that will break in a few months and not be replaced!

This is the Sensate 2 model. It has a new resonance engine, improvements to the materials with a more tactile silicon, plus an upgraded Bluetooth low-energy radio receiver.

Q: Has anyone used this while driving for severe anxiety?

Sensate is designed to be used lying down with your eyes closed. We strongly recommend that you don't try that whilst driving.

Q: Do the sonic frequencies respond to the body’s heart rate variability? Are the sonic frequencies delivered the same for everybody?

Hello Sandy, It's the other way around - the body’s heart rate variability responds to the sound and frequencies. The frequencies are the same but everybody responds differently.
