Q: what are the different weight resistances for each band?

It doesn’t say anything about weight measurement. It goes by just resistance. White is the easiest and red is the hardest. I’ve been using theses and I have noticed a big difference. Worth the money.

I used to be one of the fastest speed metal players in Arizona: you can only be one or the other, fast or strong. If you want to use these for volume training, dexterity, or even minor strength, you’re in the right place. If you want champion grip strength, put your guitar goals on the backburner.
