One thing...
Make sure you don't shower or bathe for a while after you remove the patches! I made the mistake of ignoring that instruction, as i slept with it on, and i burned myself pretty bad. Other than that, no complaints. It works well.

Extremely strong!
Buy and use with caution! This was extremely powerful and in the end more painful than therapeutic. This is not a disparagement of the product, just my experience. My sensitivities may be more extreme than yours. Some numbing of the area prior to application might be recommended. I neither received nor asked for incentives of any kind for this review

Do Not Use This Product!
I purchased this to serve as a backup heat patch, as the brand I normally use was put of stock at the store, and while I had plenty of those, I didn't want to run out waiting for restock. As it happens, I didn't run out and these were still available when my wife wanted to try one for shpulder aches. It adhered fine and was not too hot, according to my wife who doesn't generally like capsacin on her skin. However, when the time came to remove it, it would not budge. Not even a bit. My wife used organic coconut oil to loosen the edges and then it came off, but left her skin extremely tacky from the adhesive. She used more coconut oil to gently massage the adhesive away but said her skin was stinging badly. After gently wiping the excess oil away, you can clearly see her skin is reddened nearly like a sunburn (her skin was white as milk when it went on) and there are areas of torn skin all along the edges and intermittently over the entire area that was covered by the patch! Either that adhesive is way too strong or it has something akin to rubbee cement or superglue in it, or possibly some other chemical irritant, to have it literally tear her skin off.I am too late to request a refund from amazon as I purchased in January. These are also not past any listed expiration date and appear the same in several others I opened to check for abnormalities after this occurred.I can only hope others avoid, avoid, avoid!!
