What is the weight limit on these wheels?

Bought my set February 8th, 2021. On March 25th, one of the wheels broke at the ball bearing area. About to buy a different set of wheels for replacement. Big fail.

Why do some of the wheels get stuck on any/all surfaces?

My floor surface is a concrete stained floor. They haven't stuck once. Matter of fact, they are so smooth, most of the time the chair will slow roll when I get up. I like the wheels. I had bought any set like this but these are better.

How much extra height will these give me over the stock casters on my serta office chair?

They add just under an inch more height than standard office chair casters.
