Q: When I click on the device via the smart life app it is stating it has 'failed to load' has anyone else had this issue? I've only had the hoover 4 day

Also having the same issue currently, reset the device and re0unstalled the app and getting the same - the device works if you press the buttons on it directly, and the app shows me that the device is smart cleaning for example, but I cannot select the device to get typo any of the settings

The robot vacuum cleaner doesn't detect the carpet and stop mopping by itself. If you want it to stop mopping the carpet when it mops, you need to create a no-mopping area on the map. Thank you.
