Q: Does this tak awhile to puff up? After an hour out of the box it doesnt look like the picture

I left mine sit for about 36 hours every so often kind of shaking and moving it a bit and it puffed up a bit more but I don't think it ever got as thick as described. for me it was also to soft and squishy. laying on my back wasn't bad but couldn't lay on my side because it was not hick enough and too soft and I sleep on my sides 90% of the time.

Q: Can the pillow be washed?

The cover is machine washable - the pillow itself is memory foam and gel so washing it could compromise the integrity of the material.

Q: Do you have it for a king size bed?

Hi, thanks for asking! We don't currently offer the pillow in king size, only for a standard size. However, we are looking to expand the sizing to better serve our customers' needs. I will be sure to notify you when we do offer it in king size. I hope this helps, thanks!

Q: Does anybody know if the shredded memory foam pillow from this company has a strong odor chemical smell?

This company doesn't make anything made of shredded foam. I know because I own all of their products (severe back and neck issues). They have had problems with Chinese counterfeits using their images and selling the pillows for a really low price. Avoid this by ordering directly from their main website. None of these products smell, and are worth every cent when I think about all the pillows and cushions I bought and threw aways until I found this place. Something about their memory foam is different. These pillows are magic.
