I bought this item for my friend Vicky. It hand been quite some time since Vicky had landed herself a trout. It wasn’t for a lack of trying, so I figured she was just using the wrong bait. When I saw this item, I knew that we had found the solution to Vicky’s trout drought. Well it was amazing how quickly the trout started to show interest in what Vicky was putting out there. One little trout magnet, and Vicky Damn near had trout assaulting her from every direction! Vicky was almost overwhelmed, but took her time and just about landed every one of those excited trout. To her surprise, she even managed to land a 12” Trouser Trout. Well needless to say, all of this action left Vicky a happy but extremely exhausted lady. Vicky has learned to pace herself now using her trout magnet. Vicky no longer has to settle. The Trout Magnet is so effective, that Vicky can discriminate and pick and choose only the Trout she is really interested in. Vicky has even shared with me that she has managed to bag herself two trout at the same time! But that is a story for another day.

Awesome for catching trout. Biggest 2 problems are the hooks. Because of the rough finish (not smooth) it often cuts the line around the eye. Also the hooks are weak and break easily.

great for panfish

This bait is the one I’ve been looking for. Different baits to appeal to different fish that actually work. The fish are very attracted to these. Never had a lure that worked so well. Just buy it you won’t be disappointed. If there’s something that swims where you fish, one of the many colors will catch fish, no doubt. I caught 6 bass and 8 perch within an hour and half. MADE IN USA please support this company. Not many company’s left that need our support here at home and not CHINA made Bidenomics. Not a paid advertisement!

So, I’ve had this for about a year now, and the lures themselves are not bad but … they are super lite.My biggest issue is that the plastic tackle box it was sent in was warped and at the time I didn’t see that as a huge deal but after a year and they spill out everywhere and are too small to keep in a different box, that is a big issue for me.Having a box that will keep everything separated and neat is key when you’re trying to fish.Other than that I think the lures are good but they are just really lite. I live on the east coast and when I think of trout, I think of sea trout which get to be pretty big, but the 2lb line can’t hold them consistently. The problem is that these lures are so lite you really can’t have any heavier line.I have caught some good size fish but I’ve lost quite a few trout because the line can’t hold em.My problem: box is warped and won’t close, this makes a messAnd make sure you know how lite these are.Overall these are still good just not for what I was thinking I was gonna be using them for

Smaller than expected, even jigs, GREAT VALUE BUYING THE COMPLETE PACK. Tried all kinds of live bait plus power bait, nothing for 3 hours. ? Tried these magnet things & caught 3 trout in less than an hour.

I caught more Large Mouth than anything else! These hooks are perfect for catch & release, they come out easily even if swallowed.The grubs are ok, I used the grubs and someone else used worms. Worms obviously caught a lot more, but I can't say enough about these hooks! We caught both large and smallies alike! Easy to use and a great starter kit for kids or beginners. I'll buy again!

Great value for money

Love the combo and for a fair price too!This is not for you if,1. You don't have a light- ultralight rod2. Don't have a great drag system in your reel.I'm yet to snag off a fish on the 2 pound line. Haven't caught anything bigger than 2 pounds though.Plastics and floats are durable and I love that the jig heads have a little bar to keep the soft plastic in place.
