Case received empty! Missing the AED Defibrillator. Tried to get through return/rechange process, but system would not complete. What a rip-off!

Read folks....not that difficult.
Too everyone jumping up and down because the case is empty, says case only in plain text.....more than once. However, $300 for a defibrillator case seems nuts. Almost looks like the seller is purposely doing this. Very pricey for a plastic case but cheap (but not so cheap it's unbelievable) for a defibrillator. It's understandable that some people would click before reading.....kind of understandable.
