I love that this product not only makes my water taste better, but you can make your own electrolyte packets with it. It’s refreshing and sweet at the same time. An absolute must have!

I have used this product before and liked it however this jar has a chemical odor and does not taste like lemon. Unfortunately I can’t return it . it is pricey and now I will just have to toss it.

in pursuit of better health, i searched for organic crystallized lemon (i’ve been using true lemon crystallized lemon), & i found this. i ordered it. i’m sure the health benefits are superior, but in contrast to crystallized lemon, it doesn’t really dissolve. the taste is weaker/very mild... and tastes more like the peel than the juice (hence ‘while fruit’ here), however, the healthfulness will trump the taste & im glad this product exists. (:

I mix this with freeze dried black raspberry and apple cider vinegar in cold water for a morning drink. The mix tastes great if you are in to sour. The product by itself is also fine, not as tart as I would have expected from whole lemon that includes the pith.

Adds real lemon zest to every drink, dressing or dish. Will not be buying store bought lemon juice/concentrate. Very authentic.

I usually use natural lemon juice. I bought this as a back up, just in case I ran out of natural lemon juice. Well, I did run out recently and Lordy have mercy! This was the strangest powder I have ever tasted. I have used it several times, and no matter how I use it, warm water, cold water, stir it, shake it or let it sit for a half-hour in water, it is still gritty with a strange after taste. Why? I ask myself. I don’t know the answer, but I can’t take this gritty, strange taste any more. Natural lemon, I miss you and I beg your forgiveness for being unfaithful. Off to the store I go, and will stock up on…… natural lemon juice!
