I ordered a pair of Power Door Lock Actuators for my original '93 Chevy Blazer 4x4 Silverado. After the original 30 years, the actuators were worn down and found this specific set of new ones. Really simple - they worked strong, good price & the door unlocks like when they were newer! No issues at any time so far!

Actuators installed perfectly in a 78 Corvette. Used 1/4-20 x 3/8" stainless steel button head bolts with the allen wrench recess in the button head to hold the bolt in place with the allen wrench while aligning the nut behind the actuator bracket. Angle the bolt upward to start the nut in the threads to clear the actuator body for easier clearance.First- move the door lock into the lock position so the power door lock pivot bellcrank slot for the actuator connecting rod is in the down position which creates more space to insert the actuator connecting rod. Found it easier to insert the actuator connecting rod into the actuator first with the connecting rod off the power door lock pivot bellcrank, then holding the actoator with one hand and actuator at 2 o'clock position on LH door and 10 o'clock position on RH door, insert the other end of the rod into the bellcrank slot. A lot easier than having the connecting rod in place, then trying to squeeze the rod end into the rubber cushion of the actuator to retain the connecting rod. Tight door space cavity so you can only use one hand to install the actuator.Be sure to test the actuator and door key to lock/unlock the doors "With The Doors Open" to make sure everything is working okay....you don't want to lock yourself out with the doors shut.With actuators installed, door key is hard to lock/unlock. Might loosen up over time so using my keyless remote in the meantime.

Seems well made and sturdy . plus come with associated parts which is very important.

Replaced the factory lock actuators which were getting weak but still working well it was just a waste of time and money, don’t recommend

The delivery time was fast. They didn’t come with the brackets so I had to take them off the old ones and take the bolts that hold the new one together to make the lock motor fit the truck, however not a big deal just be careful while you have them out not to let the new part come apart when you’re fitting the bracket to the new part. This part worked much better than I expected. The locks smack hard in both lock and unlock positions. Very Happy with the results.
