Q: I bought some of this from a different retailer, it is super runny, has anyone else experienced this?

The product I purchased from Amazon is the same thick consistency as the Rusk Platinumx Shampoo I purchased from my hair dresser. It cleans well and DOES NOT lather much.

Q: I need a shampoo for white hair but the purple shampoos stain my scalp and hair. Is there a white shampoo for white hair?

I use regular shampoo and a purple conditioner. The purple color is not as intense in the conditioner so it doesn't dye to scalp.

Q: Is this shampoo thick or on the watery side?

It’s thick and it’s all I use
