Q: Do these mushrooms really have aspirin and acetaminophen in them? Or is that a mistake in the posting?

Hah, that actually is pretty funny that they have that posted. Those are the active ingredients in Excedrin (a common OTC drug for migraines). It's definitely not in the mushrooms.

Q: Italian dried porcini are graded. What grade are these?

I have looked closely at the bag and there is no grading. The mushrooms are large, clean and very little dust. These are much better that the small, expensive packages of Italian porcini that I purchase in local markets. I love them and will continue to purchase this product.

Q: how long will the dried porcini' mushrooms last?

They will last forever it seems to me. I ordered one pound a year ago, kept it in the refrigerator as I live in Florida. Have only used half of it and it still seems perfect to me. Lucy

Q: What is the Use-by / Expiration / Expiry date - for the various sellers?

Since I have a smal family there was to short expiration date on the product I will not order again,a 16 oz bag with only 1/12 week use by date. Not good for me. Where I live I order a lot on line as our stores don’ carry a lot of this type of product.
