Suspicion Confirmed... Power-Trust Showed My Old Battery Not Good
I was not sure if my previous charger was working.... also my batteries were old. The new Power-Trust charger charged all but one battery fully... that one continued and continued to charge and never showed full. I trashed it.Based on the Power-Trust visual display of charging or not fully charging I will be ordering a Power-Trust charger for my other two cameras.

Better than I thought
I noticed that my batteries were not charging, so I purchased the Powertrust. The powertrust was a great investment. It was a much cheaper option than buying new batteries.

Great product..
Battery life is a lot better than the original that came with the camera, although the battery indicator lite on the charger has gone out & doesn't light up when connected. It charges the batteries really fast. BUT...It makes it hard to see the charging progress for both batteries . Mine might be defective!

Needed help
Bought this in 12/2024 and doesn't work,(04/08/2025), now. I tried several different cords. Guarantee was up in February 2025. Couldn't find a person to discuss this problem with.

Only one charging ports work.
Bought as a gift to accompany a camera with one battery already. Seemed to be a great buy until we tried to charge the batteries right after unboxing. Found that only one of the spots to plug the battery into would work. I swapped the batteries thinking one might be bad or was fully charged, and the problem stayed with that port. I even tried a higher wattage wall charging block and it made no difference. Luckily one battery can charge while one is in use and the other is ready as backup. This defeats the purpose of buying a dual charger but works.

the batteries do fit the dsc -wx500 but i thought the chord would too. you have to charge the batteries separately
