Q: How accurate is it ? How is it reliable ? Can we rely this device in terms of the correct reading ?

The one we have is a little different to this but we had had it for some time. It is very accurate and easy to use. I have checked it against a conventional sleeve type. Gets my vote.

Q: It says in the manual that "Omron connect" app is free. This does not seem to be the case. Can you help?

It could either be the monitor - have you done all recommended in the manual? The same wrist, correct position etc. Or it could be your blood pressure - If your Dr takes your blood pressure in the surgery also take your monitor to compare readings for accuracy
