The design of this product is verybgood and does a good job of gripping. My primary usage is for pulling exercises. Works wonders for lat pulldowns. Must buy for people with smaller hands who are into wright training.

I could use these only for one gym session since i lose them in the gym. However, i liked the quality and support these straps provided during the workout. The design was minimalistic and i felt that the padding at the wrist grip was a bit less. Later i ordered staros from kobo which were better than these and were costlier as well.Any how for the price u are paying, u re getting a good deal.And for back workout and pulling movements, straps are a must, if u want to lift heavy.So go for it. For better quality go for kobo.

Didn't expect it to be so effective.. It's comfortable and the weights never slips from your hand.. You can concentrate the effort of the target muscles than just putting it in maintaining the grip.. Just use it, chahe log kahe "gloves aur grips tooh ladkiya use karti hain", you will laugh on them when you would realise how effective this makes your workout and what they are missing on.

Gym essential. Must buy!

Good padding but too thick and short to comfortably wrap around the bar for pulling.Fit is a bit loose.Would've returned it but no option available except replacing with the same thing.

It's an awesome product, it give me great grip than gloves and I can do more pullups and my hanging time is doubled. Overall must buy product for gym peoples.

Stability good

Didn't work for me. The wrists hurt. The flap doesn't wound nicely around the bar. I ended up pulling with my finger tips. There is a risk of injury and may cause damage to joints. Best avoided.
