Hotel Spa Designer Collection High-fashion Extra-large 7-setting Luxury Hand Shower from Top European Designer (Nickel)

We've had this shower head for two years and two months. Just this week, the hose sprung a massive leak, so I'm shopping for a replacement. For the price (around 40 dollars), I expected it to last longer than two years. We've had $15 handheld shower heads last longer than this. Other than its short life, I really loved this shower head. The finish is beautiful, very much resistant to mildew and hard water build up. The rubber jets are easy to clean, also resistant to gunk. The metal hose hangs nicely and doesn't tangle. It's plenty long for washing pets or kids' hair and cleaning the shower. The pressure is just okay. I have very thick hair and there isn't a setting that makes it take fewer than ten minutes to soak my hair through. I did eventually remove the flow regulator (not as simple as task with this as it is with other showerheads), which helped, but still didn't provide the best pressure. Overall, I like this shower head, but will not be buying it again due to breaking in relatively short time.ETA: HotelSpa replaced our hose for free and it's been working perfectly ever since.

Beautiful and convenient. I love the color. The water flow is normal -- didn't restrict my pressure, but didn't improve it either. The hardest setting does not hurt my skin like some shower heads but it's great for rinsing hair and cleaning the tub. The softest setting feels like a hard rain -- perfect for kids and such. I have very good water pressure, and I removed the flow restrictor, which made a small difference. I wouldn't say this is a good shower head for those with low pressure though.The head is ABS plastic but seems to be coated with a metallic finish because it's cold to the touch. Seems durable and chip resistant. The handle has a nice grip so it doesn't slip in your hand easily. It's easy to change the spray settings while mounted.Very easy to install. Apply the supplied plumbers' tape to all ends and twist them on -- no leaks! The hose conduit (metal lining) likes to unscrew from the shower head occasionally. Just screw it back in. I thought I had broken it at first but it attaches again good-as-new.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and after a month or so using it we are still on the fence about it. The way its positioned, it sits really high, with the sprayer probably a foot or more above my head (I'm 5'9"). The wider spray setting is too wide for that height-you feel like you aren't getting any water it's so spread out. I have to adjust it to the jet stream to get enough power to rinse my hair, which isn't very pleasant.I'm not sure if it's my shower or this shower head, but it's not my favorite. The hose works great and I like how many settings there are.

Only part listed as PVC plastic was the shower arm (I purchased a seperate universal all metal arm) and the remainder was to be stainless steel. Shower head connector was also plastic which ( as I have encountered in the past) to eventually crack. There was only a very thin layer of stainless steel on the shower head and a portion of the handle. It seems to be that there are NO all stainless steel hand held showers. Time will tell if this shower head will last any longer than the other cheaper ones.

Update 8/1/2018: This thing is junk. Now the head doesn't spin easily anymore, and water squirts out the sides of the head. I bought a new hose and that worked ok, but this thing has utterly failed MUCH more quickly than any other cheap shower head I've owned.Update 9/18/2017: Well, 1 year and 4 months later, the hose has cracked right where it meets the head. Clearly not the quality product I thought it was. This shower head was used maybe once a day by one person, so it's not like I live in a household of 10 people. This should have held up MUCH longer.This is the best shower head I've ever owned. Granted, the others I've owned have been somewhat cheaper, but this one is really nice! It was packaged very nicely with everything I needed...even plumbers tape! What a nice touch! The directions were clear. The washers were rubber-banded to the cord. Very nice. Enough about the box. It's a great shower head too! The settings "click" into place, so you know that you're in the right place as you dial the head. The water comes out plenty fast for me. I like the shower plus middle jets setting which is the furthest to the right (3 o'clock as you're looking at it from the bottom up). Love it!

Really love this shower head. When my last shower head, which was a filtered head, finally snapped apart I decided to get a separate filter and shower head. I purchased the Judek Universal Shower Filter and initially tried several shower heads from the local Home Depot. Each and every one of them leaked water from the connections and none of them provided the appropriate shower sprays due to the leakage. They left a lot to be desired and were all returned. I decided to try this HotelSpa based on the ratings and the look of the shower head. I am quite pleased I did. There is not one iota of leakage from any connection and all the shower settings work beautifully.

My wife and I purchased a Delta shower head for the same price at Bed Bath and Beyond. Taking a shower with it was practically a mission impossible as the hose was too long and rigid to maneuver with, so after using it for only several days, we had no choice but to replace it. This shower head did not have as many reviews as the other ones in the same price category on Amazon, so it felt a little risky, but we are very glad that we went for it. This shower head is everything we wanted! The seven settings are great, the head is large but not heavy and most importantly for us - the hose is very flexible as promised and the length is perfect. I highly recommend this product!
