I had an opportunity to read some of the chapters relevant to the builders point of view. After giving the reading I feel elated to say that I have become almost a master in the above legislation enacted by Indian Parliament for the first time in this country with the mission of protecting the interest of investors and the builders as well. The author has critically commented the salient features of the legislation, especially the rights and duties of the investors and the builders as well. The book will become more informative if the Real estate Rules being enacted by Tamilnadu Government is also incorporated. I feel and believe that the author may include the Tamilnadu rules also at least in the forthcoming edition. I wish the authors very success in their ventures.
