Arrived 1 day early. Used on bathroom sink drain. Worked great. Loved the fact that i can attach to my power drill.

Call a plumber, you will any way. First off, I turned the crank round and round but the cable does come out or go back in. The cable just turns round and round. I pulled the cable out and tried to put it down my toilet like it showed in the picture but the spring end would not make the first bend and it just scratched up my porcelain toilet. I called a plumber and he discovered a visiting 5 year old had dropped a ball down my toilet and he fixed it. So this piece of junk sits rusting on my back porch. Call a plumber.

As it turned out I didn't have to use the Drainx Power Pro yet, but I have no doubt that it will do the job very nicely. I had a question the product and contacted the seller. The seller responded quickly and answered my question to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend the product and the seller.

I love this product. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality, along with the equipment that came along with it. The drill is very useful if you don't want to use the manual snake cable. The gloves are great as well. very thoughtful well put together product!! Kudos for this

I needed this to snake out drains and ended up having to snake a central line through a vent. The drum is heavy, so much easier to use for tub drain directly. I had some trouble trying to hold up the drum and the drill when snaking the vent. I was worried about damaging PVC pipes. It takes a little practice but it does work.

The screw used to secure the cable is threaded through the exterior plastic piece. This plastic piece broke the first time I used the auger, making it impossible to secure the cable. Very poorly made.

Took care of the clogged drain! I have spent so much money on the chemicals that were not working. The chemicals were a short term fix. With the snake I was able to clean out a large clog of hair and it was relatively easy. It was hard to remove the clog from the snake without getting a pair of scissors to cut it out, but that is not that surprising or unexpected considering it was a large hair ball.

The first use, it worked okay... The second time, it broke! Everything on this is plastic excluding the snake itself. Very dissatisfied with this product! I wish there was a Negative value of stars for a review.
