Looks fantastic! Takes some effort, but worth it!
I used this to cover up the front of a tiled (decorative, not functional) fireplace in my apartment. Years of slapping white paint on and sloppy (quick?) grout applications left the tiles with patchy white splatters all around the edges, and uneven lines. And I didn't like the brick red color of the tile, it clashed with the brighter red tile on the floor. I'm glad I read through the reviews, and followed the directions on the back of the film; the process was very straightforward. It was, however, time consuming -- took 2 hours to do just the front of this fireplace! Though the surface I was applying it to was uneven (bumpy tiles), with non-symmetric measurements that required lots of measuring and re-measuring (100 year old apartment building) which I'm sure slowed me down compared to a flat countertop with symmetric measurements. I'm so glad there are grid lines on the paper backing to help me make perfectly straight lines! After lots of difficulties getting one long strip aligned on the top of the fireplace without bubbles and even on all sides, I ended up peeling it off and having to cut the long strip into short, 1 foot x 1.5 foot sections to get them lined up as close to smooth as I could (worked perfectly). I used a toy squeegee to flatten it down as I applied it, which my 4 year old had from a toy cleaning tools set, it worked great! I'm so very happy with how it turned out, it looks 100x better! Nice color, good quality, and I have nice crisp borders around the fireplace! And bonus points that it'll be easy to peel off when we leave this apartment!

Pictures don't do this justice. It looks SO good.
This peel and stick counter cover is fantastic. It looks so great compared to my ugly counters before. I will not lie and say it was easy to install, because it was so hard. Other reviews say it was easy, so maybe I'm missing something, but I definitely found it difficult to work with. Not impossible, but plan on being very frustrated as you peel it up to reposition a few times. It sticks really well, even if you have to pull it up to reposition it. However, try to get it done quickly because if you leave it exposed for a few hours, it will dry out and lose its stickiness. I lost a whole roll this way and had to buy another because I "took a break" for a bit and came back to try to finish and it was no longer sticky. My small bathroom counter was MUCH easier to install than my kitchen counter. I ended up cutting the kitchen piece in half and applying it in parts instead of trying to cover it all seamlessly. It ended up working great, and because of the pattern, you can't even see the seam unless you get unreasonably close to it. I even missed a part, cut a piece to size and stuck it over the missing part, and you can't even tell. The pattern hides mistakes REALLY well.I will say, be careful with things like rubbing alcohol as it will ruin the pattern. Don't use bleach or other harsh or abrasive chemicals to clean. All in all, I am very impressed, especially because I was not expecting much for $13. Just buy it! It's so cheap that if you do end up not liking it, you can easily remove it and it won't be a costly venture.

Rich looking!
I was so pleased with this it has great depth the colors are absolutely perfect and any mistakes made are easily disguised by the print. Made my bath look very expensive. Easy to put up and I've had many compliments.

"Granite" countertop for under $15 and 15 minutes!
I have been updating my laundry room and after having great success putting peel and stick wallpaper on my oak strip cabinets I decided to update the beige countertop with more peel and stick paper. Overall, this peel and stick paper is great. I LOVE that there are cut lines on the back of the paper so you can ensure a straight cut. I also like that the paper has a bit of texture and gloss to it. It looks more like stone that way. I also feel like it has a really good adhesive, the paper has stuck well and none of the edges feel like they will peel up.One thing I didn't like, was the paper does have a really strong odor that dissipated in about 24 hours. I also found that the paper scratches more easily than other peel and stick paper I have used. Along the edges of the sink, I like to use my felt edged smoother and really press down a defined line before cutting away the excess. When I did this with the felt edge, it scratched the print off the paper. You have to make sure not to press down too hard otherwise you will scratch the paper.Overall, I think this is a great product and I would happily use it again. We've had it in place for about 2 weeks and thus far we have seen no signs of the paper lifting. Even if it does lift over time, I have a huge amount left on the roll and could easily do it again.
