My son is a communications director of a small non-profit and recently became responsible for using social media to promote their ideas and ideals. We bought this book thinking it would be a big help and it was. Although written as a text book, it lays out strategies for identifying the audience and developing the message. Full of actual social media examples (including those which did well and those which didn't) the book offers practical advise on the best ways to use social medial to advantage. Highly recommend it.
