We did a birthday dog party for Junior and this party decoration kit was perfect! I loved the confetti balloons but wished I had gotten them filled with helium so they float (I taped them to the wall in the photo). It comes with plenty of balloons though so I have some for the next party! Everything is really sturdy and high-quality, I’m happy to say that I can use the decorations again - maybe even a few more times! Really great value in my book! Will definitely purchase from this company again.

This kit is Amazing and has everything you need to set up a bright, fun, and colorful display. The Happy Birthday Banner is a nice size and has a nice glossy finish. The colors just pop. The confetti garland is bright and fun and easy to hang. My children’s favorite part of this kit were the 16 pre-filled balloons with confetti. They loved watching the confetti spin as I blew them up, playing with them, and even popping them. These balloons were so easy to blow up. They are big balloons made of a high quality latex. This kit was fun and easy to use.

Hello, my daughter had a birthday recently and I bought this birthday decoration set. She isn't all girly and wanted a neutral theme. This set is good for boys or girls with the solid array of colors.The balloons were filled with little pieces of confetti which was neat! On the package it gave instructions to rub the balloons on carpet after inflating and all the little confetti pieces began floating around the balloon because of static electricity!! The kids were amazed and thought it was magic!The set also included a happy birthday banner and some little dots on a banner. I was concerned in the beginning about the strength and if it could hold up in the wind outside, but all my concerns were gone when I got it all set up. Nothing fell apart, the cardboard is very strong held up great during the party, and I may be able to use it again.I am very happy with my purchase and definitely reccomend this product to anyone having a birthday party!

I received the Modern Jubilee rainbow party package the other day. I LOVE the whole set. A few stand outs; The pre-filled confetti balloons come with tiny clear little rubber bands around the neck of the balloons- genius! I blew up a balloon right away as a test. It was perfect! All balloons held air for days. No leaks. The confetti inside, very pretty. Also, the banner- I looked for spelling and paper weight. So many times I have gotten these party packages and the paper weights are flimsy and/or the spelling are wrong! Or they are NOT pre-strung but we are led to believe they are. The Modern Jubilee rainbow banner is nice and shiny light weight construction paper and pre-strung (same with the rainbow dots garland). No DIY. Hoorah! 5- stars from me. They really thought of everything. Thank you!

I was so happy with the balloons, surprised my daughter for her birthday. It was her 8th birthday but her happiness slowly turned to sadness. All 16 balloons were properly inflated with helium but after a few hours some were dropping to the floor. We were fine with that, we just attached them to the wall instead. Afterwards, we noticed a few were smaller in size. Overall, 12 out of 16 were defective!!! They’re cute but not worth the money and disappointment!

Super cute birthday decoration set that goes well with any age birthday or theme! It's perfect to decorate one party room. Comes with 16 confetti balloons & string, which is a little more than what I needed. The banners are well made from cardboard, which I like because I save my stuff and reuse year to year. The banner string is quality ribbon. The confetti garland is pretty long so easy to use in many ways, like as a trim for the cake table. I can reuse everything but the balloons, so for the price I think it's a good deal!

This birthday kit was such a saving grace! The packaging is small and concise so you'd imagine my surprise when I opened up the bag to find that everything was the perfect size to fill up my space! The confetti-style garland is so cute and versatile, I definitely plan on using it for future parties (the packaging came in a reusable seal!). The Happy Birthday garland is durable and the colors are so vivid...and the balloons! I've never blown confetti balloons and, I have to say, throwing parties can be stressful but blowing those balloons and watching the confetti swirl around was so fun! The kids LOVED shaking them around. This kit is literally all you need for a cute and fun party...save the garlands!
