I’ve heard good things about Sweet Clover Melilot
My daughter is taking the capsule version of this herb and it’s been very helpful for her, she is pre-diabetic (among other things) and holds a lot of water, which causes other problems. Since taking Sweet Clover she has lost weight (although she didn’t expect to) and looks and feels more healthy overall. I bought this to try because of her results but couldn’t find the capsules in the UK, so opted for the infusion. I’m only taking 5ml once a day but it’s definitely doing something already. It’s well worth reading up on this as there are many benefits, it’s not just a herbal tea. It’s a diuretic, can help with night cramps and varicose veins. It’s not strong tasting and I use 5ml in a cup of hot water, brewed for 20 mins as suggested.
