More than I expected for the price
Arrived on time, package was undamaged. Installed in an ‘19 F350 DRW. Easy install. There was an issue with one of the hole not being all the way cut out. Could’ve sent it back and waited for a replacement but I went ahead and used a 1/4 inch bit and drilled it out in about a minute. Installation was a breeze. Used a little 3M Garage Door Lube before I installed the plates. Used a power drill and T30 bit to install the screws and used the provided wrench to snug them up. The Box-Lock plates were thick and completely coated. No scratches, chips or missing paint. I’d recommend these to those who’s trucks came without them or need a replacement.

PERFECT
My dealer wanted hundreds to add the tie down cleats, so I found them here, for literally 1/10th the price, and they fit perfectly, work perfectly, and look identical.Understand that the holes in the truck are not tapped, but the screws that come with the kit cut the threads, so it is easiest if you install using a screw gun or impact wrench. Even so, you could do it by hand, with a ratchet and firm pressure. Add a drop of oil to the tip of the screw to help things along, and they go in easier. EXCELLENT.

Included screws rusted pretty quick
Good savings over OEM.BRACKET Quality seems good after 6+ Months, But the coating is terrible on the included screws. They are rusty with running stains on my 2018 5.5ft bed which was new in JanuaryI am replacing all the screws with Stainless. Also, as others mentioned you should tap the holes first, especially if you choose to use the junk "self tapping" screws which are included.Still giving four stars, because bracket quality and coating is on par with OEM and the price point is still good over OEM even with having to exchange hardware, which I have readily available to me. (Disappointed to see that the price has dropped more than 26% since I purchased though..)I can compare well to my 2015 which had the OEM brackets installed, and the fasteners never rusted in 2 years of driving between coastal environments and salted winter roads.

These are the ones you want
If you use the 6 mm - 1.0 tap your success rate will be 100%. If you impact the "self tapping screws in, probably not. The tap cuts the threads very easily. If you don't have a T-Handle for the tap use vise grips.I tapped the holes, with a little shot of penetrating oil, and ran the screws in with an impact and T-27 Torx Bit, just snug, don,t pound on them. And then tightened with the supplied Torx wrench. Worked great.

Decent for the price, but not a perfect fit
The bracket plates look the same as the OEM, and are quite a bit cheaper. They feel sturdy, and once installed, they look good. The only problem, is that the fit isn't quite right. I have the OEM tie down brackets that go into the plates, but they don't quite fit... the plates aren't quite deep enough. They don't allow enough room between the truck and the plates, so the tie down brackets don't slide into place. If I wrestle with them, and wiggle, and force them, eventually I can get them into place, but it isn't easy, and I'm afraid that I'm going to ruin the OEM brackets.

Decent Materials, but Poor Craftsmanship/Shop QC
I had high hopes for these plates...they looked good on the site and the product engineering looked decent (Zn coating and such).I opened the box and noticed all the plates had an unground bump from where it was cut out from plate steel. Also noticed what looked like plasma spatter or spatter from their zinc coating process. Looked like cr*p. I cant speak for ease of install as these wont go on my truck as is. Planning on returning them. The coating itself looked ok and the plates were a decent thickness. I dont trust the coating not to rust on the spatter spots though. I blame the shop QC and not necessarily the company designers.

buy your own screws, tap
OK i read bad reviews on these screws, so bought my own stainless steel screws and a self tapping bitjust to be on safe side.. its a piece of metal hard to mess that up lol.but one was a little dinged up, who cares its in the bed and will get worse treatment, they fit everything's great.

These were a great buy.
This product was great. I read that you should tap the holes for the screws from somewhere on google, but I didn't have a tap that size so I tried to just put in the self tapping screws and they worked great. I couldn't be more satisfied.
